New Industrial/Warehouse Units in Poole Sell Off Plan

New Industrial/Warehouse Units in Poole Sell Off Plan Goadsby and LSH have agreed/sold 8 new industrial/warehouse units off plan at Churchill Business Park off Magna Road in Poole. Phase 1 will comprise 27 units ranging from 1,501 to 2,256 sq ft with prices ranging from £325,000 to £470,000 plus VAT and rentals ranging from £18,750 to £26,500 per annum exclusive.

The steel frame should be erected in February and the units should be ready for occupation towards the end of 2023.
