Goadsby have successfully secured the acquisition of 51 Queens Park South Drive, Bournemouth on behalf of a private investor.

The premises are situated approximately 2 miles north-east of Bournemouth Town Centre, on Queens Park South Drive adjacent to the A338 (Wessex Way).

The premises were formally occupied by Fitness First and are currently let to BH Live for a term of 35 years from 2004 at a passing rent of £253,447 per annum exclusive.
