Goadsby Acquire 127 Above Bar Street & 1-8 Civic Centre Road Acquired For Private Client Goadsby’s Retail & Investment Department have successfully completed the acquisition of 127 Above Bar Street & 1-8 Civic Centre Road, Southampton. 

The property, which was marketed by Green & Partners, attracted significant interest resulting in two roads of informal tender. The total rental receivable amounts to £376,560 per annum exclusive and the selling agents were seeking offers in excess of £3,720,000.
