Ann Summers Relocate In Bournemouth Town Centre

5 December 2022 Goadsby’s Retail Department have successfully completed a letting of 96 Commercial Road in Bournemouth Town Centre to national retailer Ann Summers, who have relocated from a nearby premises. The quoting rent was £35,000 per annum, exclusive.

The unit had previously been occupied by the same tenant for approximately 20 years, so our clients were pleased to have another popular retailer taking occupation of the site.”
