Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 14-15 Carbery Row, Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH6 3QR to Q Motors (UK) Ltd who will be using the premises as a Car Showroom.

The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 2,044 sq ft with further basement ancillary of 866 sq ft and was let on a new lease for a term of 10 years.  The quoting rental was £25,000 per annum, exclusive.
