New Portfolio Instructions For Property Management Goadsby’s Commercial Property Management Department goes from strength to strength with new instructions.

Matthew Bewley, Manager is delighted to confirm that the Bournemouth based Commercial office have been instructed on two new family owned portfolios.

The mixed portfolio which is predominantly retail, came on board during the pandemic, comprises of over 40 tenancies from Dorchester to Portsmouth.  

Not only have Goadsby been appointed to oversee the management of the portfolios, Goadsby are well equipped to advise on a number of professional property matters that may arise such as marketing vacant units and overseeing lease renewals.

In fact, since the instructions Goadsby have been able to agree and complete 5 commercial lettings with multiple other deals to hand.
