Application For Conversion of Vacant Care Home to Flats

27 May 2022
Application For Conversion of Vacant Care Home to Flats Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the conversion of Shottsford House in Blandford Forum to 16 flats. Formerly in use as a care home for people with special needs, the building has been empty for two and a half years. It has now been acquired by Goadsby’s clients, and is now ripe for conversion to a combination of one and two bedroom open market flats.

A decision is expected from Dorset Council in the summer.
