Goadsby have, on behalf of Telereal Trillium, sold Telecom House, 35 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth to Packaged Living and Fiera Real Estate.
The building is situated in the heart of the Lansdowne district adjacent to M&G’s new 20 storey building, The Helm. The building, constructed in the 1980’s, is arranged over 5 storeys and sits on a site of approximately 0.5 acres.
