Our office in Castle Street, Salisbury, have transformed their entire window space into a Remembrance display to honour those that have fought for their country in wars gone by.
Usually dedicated to advertising properties that are for sale, the window, for a limited time, will feature photos and short bio’s of those with connections to Salisbury that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
Rob Ward, Branch Manager comments “We just wanted to show our support. We are aware how strongly people of Salisbury feel about Remembrance and we just wanted to pay our respects. We are asking local residents to email any images and short bio’s they may have and we will do our best to incorporate them.”
Rob has even temporarily featured his own Grandfather, John Kenneth Ward, who was imprisoned in Changi prison camp, Singapore, in 1942.

Goadsby would like to thank The Rifles Berkshire and Wiltshire Museum located in The Close in Salisbury for their assistance with this display located at 31 Castle Street, between Tesco and Iceland.
