Goadsby Complete A Sale Of Former Fordingbridge Police Station

30 September 2021
Goadsby Complete A Sale Of Former Fordingbridge Police Station Goadsby Business Space and Land Department, acting on behalf of a private client, are pleased to announce that the sale of the former Police Station, 1 Station Road, Fordingbridge, Hampshire has now completed.  The premises extend to approximately 1,147 sq ft and also benefitted from a double garage and outside store in the large rear car-park.

Ben Duly, Goadsby Business Space commented, “We were delighted with the amount of interest received once we commenced marketing.  Following marketing we agreed a sale to a local family who hope to convert the former Police Station into their family home.”

Lynsey Caunter, Goadsby Land Department commented, “We always expected this unique Grade II listed property to generate huge amounts of interest as it had potential for both commercial and residential use, with a large plot and double garage.  The building still retains some features from its former use as a police station including two holding cells, giving the property a very unique character.

We are delighted it has been purchased by a lovely local family from Fordingbridge.”
