Goadsby Sell Busy Westbourne Coffee Shop

1 July 2021 Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial are delighted to report the recent sale of Cotea Coffee Shop in Westbourne.

The award winning artisan coffee shop has been sold to Rebecca Greig and will trade as Café Eighty-Three.

The beautifully presented coffee shop is located in a prime central location in Poole Road, Westbourne. The business was sold as a going concern fully fitted shop and kitchen and includes an al-fresco garden dining area.

The new owner Rebecca Greig intends to open in July after making a few improvements to the unit. Rebecca previously worked in both the catering and publishing industries. She confirmed that the coffee shop will continue to provide high quality homemade cuisine including salads, paninis, sandwiches and cakes with an emphasis on high quality friendly service.
