Flat Conversion Approved at The Avenue Acting on behalf of Smart Homes Property, Goadsby Planning & Environment has obtained planning permission for the conversion and extension of 61 The Avenue, Southampton, to 6 one and two bedroom flats. The building, formerly in use as a medical centre, is on the west side of The Avenue within a terrace of four buildings originally constructed in the late 19th Century.

Alongside Goadsby’s planning advice, the scheme design was undertaken by Studio 4 Architects of Southampton.
