Industrial Re-Letting In Bournemouth Goadsby Commercial have successfully negotiated the re-letting of an industrial unit in Elliott Road, Bournemouth. Acting for the landlord a local charitable trust, the Survey & Valuation department negotiated a 12% uplift in rent with a further fixed increase in 2024.

Rent from the property allows the Landlord Charity to provide much needed funding to the Thoracic Department at Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
