123,000 Sq Ft Transacted In Poole Strong demand from industrial/warehouse occupiers, as former Southernprint premises sold/let.

Goadsby have, on behalf of a private investor, sold/let 4 industrial units on Upton Industrial Estate, Poole all of which were previously occupied by Southernprint.

The premises occupy a prominent position fronting Factory Road, which is the main spine road of Upton Industrial Estate.
