Retail, Leisure, Food & Beverage & Office opportunities, as Verve prepare plans for the former Debenhams department store.
The former department store comprises over 80,000 sq ft of commercial space, arranged over multiple floors and is prominently positioned, fronting Bournemouth Square.
Verve, who recently oversaw the impressive transformation of The Avenue Centre on Commercial Road, have exciting plans to rejuvenate the building by utilising previously unused spaces, enhancing and extending the existing streetscape and creating spaces to promote culture, tourism and future investment.
