Another Tasty Deal At The Chocolate Box

Acting on behalf of Acorn Property Group, the Business Space Department of Goadsby have sold a residential development opportunity at The Chocolate Box, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth. 

The opportunity has been sold to a local developer and planning has been granted for 10 new build flats to be built over three storeys.

Goadsby’s Property Management Department also manage the building on behalf of Acorn Property Group and the building has been extensively redeveloped over the last two years with part of the building converted into over 70 residential units and offices remaining on the ground, first and second floors.
