Goadsby Deliver Again

23 February 2021 It is always nice to receive positive feedback from a happy buyer or seller when completing on a sale. 

This morning the Ferndown office were delighted to receive a wonderful card and gifts from some buyers who have managed to purchase their perfect home to be closer to their children. 

Post Office Lane in St Leonards was launched to the market in November, and after conducting 25 accompanied viewings and receiving 8 offers, we were delighted to find a buyer that matched our vendor’s requirements to proceed.  

With our buyers offering us “A great big thank you for our new adventure” and with our vendors comments of “Goadsby worked hard on my behalf to guide me through the sale. They kept me informed of every step along the way and communicated thoroughly. I recommend them highly.” It makes all the communication and hard work worth it.
