Goadsby Sells Large Warehouse At Upton Industrial Estate, Poole Goadsby have, on behalf of a private investor, sold 21 Factory Road, Upton Industrial Estate in Poole which is a detached industrial/warehouse unit extending to approximately 39,845 sq ft.  The site area is 1.89 acres, the eaves height is 5.65m and the quoting price was £1.4M plus VAT.
