Southampton Flat Conversion Applications Acting on behalf of Smart Homes Property, Goadsby has submitted applications for Planning Permission and Prior Approval Permitted Development for the conversion and extension of 61 The Avenue, Southampton, into seven flats. Formerly in use as a medical centre with offices above, the proposed development will create a combination of one and two bedroom flats, available to rent.

A decision is expected from Southampton City Council in early 2021.
