11 November 2020
Continued Success For Goadsby At West Howe Industrial Estate Goadsby, acting on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, have let Unit 18 West Howe Industrial Estate, Elliott Road, Bournemouth to Chester Pearce Associates UK Ltd.  These refurbished industrial/warehouse premises extend to approximately 1,115 sq ft and have an internal eaves height of approximately 4m and the quoting rent was £11,500 per annum exclusive.

This letting follows continued success for Goadsby at West Howe Industrial Estate. Goadsby let Unit 17 in July and Units 13 and 16 are both under offer. Unit 23 will be available in early 2021 following refurbishment works and we have already had strong interest in this unit.
