Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the lettings of 70 High Street, Christchurch, to popular charity shop Going For Bust.
The property comprised a main sales area, with ancillary storage to the rear. The property has been let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years. The quoting rental was £28,000 per annum exclusive.
Going For Bust have several stores, including in Wimborne, Westbourne, Poole, West Moors and Lyndhurst.
