ArchitecturePLB are starting their fit out works in preparation to occupy a newly-refurbished offices at Sunley House in the heart of Winchester. Their move from premises in St Thomas Street has followed continued development of their award winning business. The new premises just off the High Street in Winchester will provide them and their clients with excellent links and a modern working environment.
The lease was secured by Goadsby Commercial and joint agent Lambert Smith Hampton, acting on behalf of the landlord for a new lease on 2,810 sq ft first floor office space.
