Goadsby Complete Letting to Le Pettit Prince in Ferndown

9 October 2020 Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the lettings of 71 Victoria Road, Ferndown, to popular Patisserie chain Le Pettit Prince. 

The property comprised a main sales area, with ancillary storage to the rear and two dedicated car parking spaces.

The property has been let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years. The quoting rental was £15,750 per annum exclusive. 

Le Pettit Prince currently have stores in Wimborne and Westbourne.
