Acting on behalf of, Forelle estates Ltd, Goadsby Commercial have secured the letting of Ash House on Headlands Business Park in Ringwood.

The building occupies a prominent position close to the entrance of the Park, has an approximate net internal area of 2,171 sq ft and has been extensively refurbished.

The quoting rental was £37,500pa and the building was let to Dacha Security Solutions Ltd who have relocated from elsewhere in Ringwood.

The letting is one of a several which Goadsby have recently completed on this popular Business Park.
