New Restaurant Planned for Lower Parkstone

The Planning Department of Goadsby are pleased to announce that BCP Council has granted planning permission, through the Prior Approval Permitted Development procedure, for the change of use of 111 Commercial Road, Parkstone, to a restaurant. Formerly occupied by an antique business, the change of use will allow the restaurant to be opened in the future, adding to the range of good quality eating establishments for which Lower Parkstone is well renowned.
