Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of the former Café 100 in Fordingbridge to experienced ice cream operator Mrs Susan Clarke.
The premises which will trade as the “Little Ice Cream Factory” are currently being completely refurbished and opened at the end of February 2020.
The new owner, Susan Clarke manufactures her own range of ice cream known as Forest Edge Gelato. In addition to gelato, the Little Ice Cream Factory will provide coffees, shakes and cakes in a clean modern environment.
Mark Nurse from Goadsby commented, “The former café is situated in a premium location in central Fordingbridge, opposite the main shoppers car park and as such was always going to be an attractive proposition to the right operator. The new business owner Susan Clarke currently owns and operates another gelato outlet in Christchurch and is excited to bring her own brand freshly made gelato to Fordingbridge”.
