Acting on behalf of the LCP Group, Goadsby have completed the letting of Unit 13, Totton Shopping Centre, Commercial Road, Totton to The Oakhaven Trust, a local Charity who provide hospice care for the community of the New Forest, Totton and Waterside area, with a catchment area of approximately 140,000 residents. This addition will be the 8th Charity shop added to the portfolio with others such as Hythe, New Milton, Lymington and Highcliffe to name a few.
The unit has a retail area of 986 sq ft with first floor ancillary and has been let on a new 10 year lease.
