Goadsby Commercial’s Business Transfer team has sold Cargo Lounge in Broadstone to experienced operator Martin Arseniev.
The business which has just opened will trade as Karma Café & Meze and will operate as a daytime café/coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant in the evening.
The new owner has carried out an extensive programme of refurbishment and the newly fitted restaurant will feature 32 covers inside and approximately 30 covers on the outside terrace.
