Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial are delighted to report the recent sale of the long established Da Maria Restaurant in Southbourne.

The prominently located 40 cover restaurant has been sold to Tiien Thai and will trade as the fourth outlet in the successful chains portfolio.

The restaurant includes extensive 5 bedroom owners accommodation and a small garden and the new owners intend to completely refurbish the premises to a high standard.

Mark Nurse of Goadsby commented, “We were pleased to assist our client in the sale of his Italian restaurant. The new owners Tiien Thai intend to invest in a complete refurbishment of the restaurant so that it meets their clienteles high standards. The first Tiien Thai restaurant opened in 2010 and they intend to continue to expand locally. We understand that up to 5 new jobs will be created at the new restaurant which should open at the end of October. I am delighted that Tiien Thai have taken this unit and I know that the restaurant will be in good hands. Goadsby wish them the best for the future”.
