Despite a decline in sales and a shortage of new properties coming to the market around Dorset, Goadsby’s Swanage office report an exceptionally busy period over the past month. Manager, Oliver Fairchild, commented "Swanage, being the stunning seaside town it is, seems to buck the trend compared to other areas. For example, in addition to other recent sales, in the last 2 weeks alone we have agreed sales on 3 properties before they have even come to the open market".
