Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 317 Wimborne Road, Winton which use to house Mojgan Bridal Couture before their move to Poole Hill in the town centre.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 3,011 sq ft over 4 floors and were let by way of an assignment of the existing lease, expiring December 2024.
