Goadsby Deliver, With Letting To Dominos On Ashley Road

Acting on behalf of Private Clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 426-430 Ashley Road, Parkstone to Dominos Pizza.

The subject premises comprise a ground floor sales area of 1,703 sq ft with further ancillary storage of 1,689 sq ft.  The quoting rental was £22,500 per annum exclusive.
