Acting on behalf of a regional investor, joint agents Goadsby and Sibbett Gregory have let the Ground Floor Suite 2, Telephone House, 18 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset.

The suite extends to approximately 3,200 sq ft and has been let to GVH Aerospace.

The quoting rental was £14 per sq ft and the letting is one of a series recently completed at the building.
