New Thai Restaurant Set To Open In Lyndhurst

Goadsby Business Transfer Division are pleased to report the recent letting of the former Siam Thai Lounge at 24 High Street in central Lyndhurst.

The attractive Grade II listed premises comprise ground and first floor restaurants and are suitable for 60-70 covers.

The new owners, Mr & Mrs Nuamjerm are experienced Thai restaurant operators and Goadsby let the premises with vacant possession on behalf of a private owner.

Mark Nurse, Associate Director from Goadsby commented, “We generated a significant amount of interest for this prominent Town Centre restaurant which also include 2 bedroom owners accommodation.  The new owners, Mr & Mrs Nuamjerm already operate a Thai food outlet and I have no doubt that with their experience and skill they will make a great success of the new restaurant”.
