Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 8 The Triangle, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 5RY to Bag of Holding who will be occupying the premises as a centre to buy and play board games.

The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 1,001 sq ft and was let on a new lease, granted for a term of 6 years.  The quoting rental was £15,000 pa ex.
