Robert in Goadsby Southampton office recently sold a property for an aging friend of mine. I live 120 miles away from Southampton so thought it would be a difficult process to manage. From our first meeting at the property Robert was always incredibly professional and nothing was too much trouble. Whenever we asked a question we received replies immediately. Unfortunately we encountered problems with the property as its old and in a very poor condition. Robert organised plumbers and locksmiths to attend the property within hours of us asking. I can’t thank Robert enough for the fabulous job he did in getting our sale completed in a very quick time

Right from the start Robert Ward was very clear about the terms of engagement and reflected an enthusiasm and knowledge of the local market conditions such that I did not even bother with get quotes from other estate agents. And my trust in Goadsby to do a go job proved to be correct: Throughout the sales process, he and his team were focused on optimal marketing of the property. While we had to reduce the asking price it was based on clear and sensible advice and guidance from Rob that reflected a good grasp of the local housing market (and I did not feel pressured into doing so for the sake of a quick sale). During the convenyancing process Goadsby remained very much in the loop and responsive as and when needed. So all good and I definitely will retain them in any future property related transactions.
