From valuing our home right the way through to exchanging of contracts, I have been very impressed with Goadsby & their excellent service. They managed to sell our home even at a time where the property market was very up and down / unpredictable and once accepting an offer the process has been incredibly smooth sailing. Rob specifically has always kept us in the loop with everything going on and not once did we have to chase for anything. I was very pleased with my experience of Goadsby and in particular of Robert Ward. I liked that he did not over inflate the value of the property in order to get my business and also that he was upfront with some of the costs of selling which I had been unaware (eg. the Management company pack). I experienced him as honest, upfront and extremely hard working. He then took care of the photographs/brochure himself, all to a very high standard. I was happy with the service I received.

Robert in Goadsby Southampton office recently sold a property for an aging friend of mine. I live 120 miles away from Southampton so thought it would be a difficult process to manage. From our first meeting at the property Robert was always incredibly professional and nothing was too much trouble. Whenever we asked a question we received replies immediately. Unfortunately we encountered problems with the property as its old and in a very poor condition. Robert organised plumbers and locksmiths to attend the property within hours of us asking.
