I have dealt with Goadsby for nearly 15 years. Laura Digby has look after my rental property and has always been very efficient dealing with anything required. When selling a property using Goadsby I dealt with Baxter in sales who looked after the sale and kept me up to date all through the process, Baxter was very professional whilst going through the whole sales process.

Excellent service by Rob and his team throughout the lengthy process both buying a flat and selling a house. In particular, they managed the process of liaison between buyers, sellers and solicitors very well.

Absolutely superb service from the team down at Southampton, London Road!! The people who dealt with me was Laura and mostly Kiranjit. Thank you so much for your constant communication (which other letting agencies I didn’t get!) and overall help you gave me with my first move into my own home. Everything went smoothly and no question I asked (I asked a lot) was not answered with professionalism and honesty. It took six days to move in and this was over a weekend as well. Super impressed and I cannot thank you both enough. Highly appreciated and recommended 👏👏👏👏

Today we have exchanged contracts on our property sale through Goadsby Southampton and they have been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. From valuing our home right the way through to exchanging of contracts, I have been very impressed with Goadsby & their excellent service. They managed to sell our home even at a time where the property market was very up and down / unpredictable and once accepting an offer the process has been incredibly smooth sailing. Rob specifically has always kept us in the loop with everything going on and not once did we have to chase for anything. I am very happy with how Goadsby have dealt with the sale of our home and would absolutely recommend to anybody with a property to sell! Thanks again to all at Goadsby!
