This second floor beach POD is situated in The Overstrand development at Boscombe, being ideally located for local restaurants and enjoys the lovely beach at Boscombe, being close to Boscombe Pier. Bournemouth's long beach promenade links you to Hengistbury Head in one direction and Bournemouth Pier the other.
The pods enjoy several key coded private entrances accessed from the promenade. Upon entry communal areas lead to a staircase to the first and second floor from which the PODS are accessed. Each floor has a number of private conveniences for the residents use. Arriving onto the second floor there is a rear walkway which leads to POD 227. The POD has a private entrance door which once open, leads to the principal space. Upon entering you are greeted with the superb views over the promenade, beach and to the horizon. These views stretch from The Needles to the Purbecks.
