It took some time to sell my bungalow because of the bad Feng Shui by the property being below the road level and a rather steep drive to the garage. Also, although it appeared that a roof extension was possible, it was not a cheap project because all of the internal walls were non-load bearing. However Goadsby persevered and got the right buyer and a good price in the end. Their fees were very reasonable.
