Third time lucky! After initially trying to sell our house using another local estate agent and Purplebricks, we finally came across Goadsby who managed to find us a buyer within a short space of time (twice in fact). We have had to deal with one of the trickiest buyers anyone could wish for and Goadsby have been extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. I'd like to personally extend my thanks to Mark and the team for all of their help in getting our sale across the line which took up a huge amount of time and perseverance. It may be easy to get drawn in by the online only adverts but if you're serious about selling your property, it's important to have an intermediary that can help take the time to manage the process to ensure it doesn't fall down, as I'm sure ours otherwise would have. Not only this, Goadsby have always been very fast and efficient at responding to any queries. Thanks again.

I have just sold my property using Goadsby in Winchester. From the outset I found them to be a very professional estate agent. Mark who is the director ensured that I was kept informed through the whole process. My emails were always answered promptly. If I needed to to phone them the call was always answered within one or two rings and the person answering was always courteous and quick to connect me with the right person. Mark was very helpful and, despite being unable to secure the initial price for the property, was able to complete a successful sale. In particular he was helpful with pushing the solicitors (who I believe that you recommend to people) when they were slow to respond.
