Overall not happy with my experience with this estate agents and have recently changed to another one. We would never get replies to our emails even though we paid a lot of money for admin fees. We would put in maintenance requests for the landlord but nothing would get communicated to him. And we were also expected to find and fund cleaners for the end of tenancy. (We were a group of students in a student friendly house)

The Goadsby team provided excellent communication throughout the sale of our house in Winchester, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are personable, professional and always available for queries.

See answers to the previous question. We thought that Goadsby's leverage with the solicitor that they recommended would allow them to assist if there were any issues and I did discuss that at some length with Goadsby in the early stages . I'm afraid that that didn't turn out to be the case and when we voiced our increasing frustrations Goadsby's efforts didn't produce any significant improvements in the solicitor's performance and 2 out of 3 sales were lost as a result and it may have been a (smaller) factor with the third loss. After we relaunched the sale, the original solicitors were totally unhelpful causing us increased costs and again Goadsby tried to assist but were rebuffed.<br />Apart from the solicitor issues Goadsby's staff were universally helpful, friendly, responsive and professional. They never failed to provide prospective buyers and kept us in touch with progress or the reverse perfectly. I particularly commend Helen on our final successful sale but also Kim who had to deal with the most irritating periods of ups and downs and did so so well in frequently difficult circumstances.
We have purchased a house through Goadsby Winchester. From the very first phone call to Kim Rayner we have received an excellent, professional service. Kim has always kept us informed of the progress of the sale and nothing was ever too much trouble. Kim has gone above and beyond at every opportunity. I would highly recommend purchasing a property through Goadsby Winchester.
