Charlie and the team at Goadsby were friendly and efficient, answering all of my questions quickly and helping me throughout the process of finding and securing a place.

From first contacting Goadsby Winchester to arrange a viewing through to picking up the keys and moving in - Charlie was professional, helpful and friendly. All questions and queries were answered quickly, either by phone or email and she remained in contact throughout the process, even afterwards to find out how the move had gone. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Goadsby again if It came to searching for a new property and in particular recommend speaking with Charlie (Senior Lettings Negotiator).

Very professional from first point of contact to completion. The marketing report and traditional commission (percentage fee) sealed the deal. Martin Lill inspired confidence at first point and valuation. Kim Rayner provided out standing communication throughout the sales process and was very pro active. I always felt like their only client. Very impressed that Goadsby were able to arrange the EPC at cost. My solicitor pointed out to me though that the AML Check fee (GBP 50) was rather steep as his firm was able to do this in house for GBP 6 and absorbed the cost. Without doubt though, the Winchester branch of Goadsby is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Thank you!
