Glenn Matthews and Belinda Hine together with all the other staff are very helpful and will talk you through the most difficult of procedures that all Landlords face. Goadsby themselves were very helpful when called upon to chase things up but we were not very impressed with the solicitors. We had to put in a lot of leg work ourselves at times which doesn't sit well when you are paying these people considerable sums of money.

Goadsby made moving for me a less stressful experience, as they took so much pressure off me, by chasing the solicitors for required information. My solicitors were very poor with communication during the process. When I was ready to give up, goadsbys informed me to leave it with them and they would sort. It was great that I was able to sell my home in just 1 week. I would use Goadsbys again, and I would recommend to others.
