Very helpful & friendly on 1st visit. Helped us get a tenant for our flat. A little dismissive when I asked a question on the phone, as if I should already know the answer. Also did not explain we would not receive any payment on the 1st month. Early days yet so hopeful we will receive good service.

Goadsby's Dorchester/Weymouth offices have been extremely professional, efficient and even understanding. Glenn Matthews and Belinda Hine together with all the other staff are very helpful and will talk you through the most difficult of procedures that all Landlords face. I can't recommend them highly enough. So thank you!!

Goadsby themselves were very helpful when called upon to chase things up but we were not very impressed with the solicitors. We had to put in a lot of leg work ourselves at times which doesn't sit well when you are paying these people considerable sums of money.
