We have used Goadsby lettings based in Weymouth for several years as lettings agents for a property we own and let out. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. We mainly deal with Belinda who is great. She is a fount of information and always happy to help. Everyone else on the lettings team can be relied upon to offer a good service or just to find something out. If they are unable to help (very rarely) they always try to find someone who can. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very helpful & friendly on 1st visit. Helped us get a tenant for our flat. A little dismissive when I asked a question on the phone, as if I should already know the answer. Also did not explain we would not receive any payment on the 1st month. Early days yet so hopeful we will receive good service.

As I buyer I know that I am not the main customer, but Phil has been extremely helpful in providing access for me before completion so that I can make a start on instructing tradesmen etc

Goadsby's Dorchester/Weymouth offices have been extremely professional, efficient and even understanding. Glenn Matthews and Belinda Hine together with all the other staff are very helpful and will talk you through the most difficult of procedures that all Landlords face. I can't recommend them highly enough. So thank you!!

This was a very hard apartment to sell because of the short lease.<br />But every one in the office managed to sort out a deal.
