I have been in houses let by Goadsby for a few years now and Laura and co. have always made both the process of moving into properties and sorting any issues that crop up as easy as possible They're always very friendly and happy to help! I would greatly recommend Goadsby to anyone looking to move to or within Southampton!

it took few days after popping into goadsby office, I was usually welcomed well, the lady listened to my story and started assisting me from day one,. I am happy to kiranjit the lady who took my problem as her own and I say many thanks for assisting me get a new home, well satisfied.

I cannot recommend Goadsby enough especially Reece, although they were not our agents for selling but buying we had much more contact with them. They were always on the ball answering questions, chasing things up and keeping us informed of anything in the chain

A very professional approach to helping with the sale of our property. Always kept up to date via phone and email, as appropriate. Maybe it would be worthwhile to have a buyer checklist as there were some llast minute request from the buyer which could probably have been anticipated even though the sales process was over 3 months. Overall I would recommend Goadsby to achieve the best price.
