From my initial telephone call through to completion of the sale, we have been treated to an exceptional level of personal care. Rob and Reece have a good knowledge of the local Southampton area and this proved to be very helpful. Communication has been first class and even included out of office hours telephone calls and emails. Rob and Reece gave us guidance in readiness for an 'open day' of viewings. Viewings were booked and Rob was present throughout the session. They continued to arrange and oversee further individual house viewings following the open day. They efficiently oversaw all communications to and from our buyers, surveyors and solicitors etc. The whole process was very smooth, Rob continued to manage, communicate and give advice to us through exchange of contracts right up to completion.
