Impressed with the human element, actually caring. other estate agents I dealt with don't call you back, update you or sound like they actually care.<br /><br />A polite, friendly, welcoming tone on the phone really helps during a very stressful process.<br />Mandy & Georgia were phenomenal.<br />Ben was excellent with viewing feedback and keeping me updated.<br /><br />Josie & Andrew in Chandlers Ford were also excellent.
Excellent service. Let my student house for several years. Very very helpful staff. Manager/Director Laura Digby very good to deal with and always able to help. Did not manage to let my place this year so after a few months I did put it with another agent. I was concerned about it being empty. The other agent did manage to get it let within about 2 weeks. the new tenancy was due to start on 1st July New agent very very concerned about it being cleaned for the new tenants to collect the keys on 1st July. I did manage to get some cleaners in there for the 30th June. Very difficult situation as then found that Goadsby would not do the end of tenancy check and the meters. I was unaware but the tenants apparently pay for that. It did make things a bit difficult. I was unaware of this aspect, so just something to watch for and make sure the letting agent agrees to do the end of tenancy check before any cleaning is done. So lesson learnt and all now sorted with the deposit refund. Ladies dealing with the deposit at Goadsby seem very on the ball and efficient. Just a point for landlords to be aware of, this was something I did not realise so had to put things in place to prove anything that needed doing. It was mainly the cleaning and a little bit of touch up to some walls.
I called to speak to someone in sales but the call was diverted to lettings (as the sales staff were busy,) - I spoke to someone called Callum: he was really helpful and took down all of my son's questions (to pass on to the sales team.) What a pleasant change for someone to take the trouble to be helpful, rather than tell you, to call back later, or it's not his/her department. Thank you Callum. Good impression of this firm ... so far!
I am impressed that you were able to sell my house after only three viewings and which was sold after being on the market for a remarkably short period of time. I would stress that this was not due in anyway to the property being undervalued. In fact Georgia�s valuation was substantially higher than that quoted by your rivals.
