Extremely disappointing experience with Goadsby, it took over a month to complete paperwork and referencing and needed consistent pushing to get anything done. They also sent invoices for the incorrect amount and added hidden fees. Avoid.

House sale following death of family member. Martin was professional, sympathetic , efficient and, most importantly for me, gave me all the information I needed but didn't do the hard sell or patronise me (as I had never sold a house before). The details Martin created were good, concise and the photos very good (as I had seen on other properties marketed by Goadsby). Georgia was on hand when Martin was away and Mandy helped push us over the line to completion despite the solicitors falling out!<br />All in all I would highly recommend Goadsby.

Highly recommended! Excellent, professional service from start to finish. My property sold quickly, I'm sure due to the proactive marketing and realistic valuation. The property I bought was also, by chance, through the same branch of Goadsby. I cannot praise Georgia Munro Ford and Mandy Ballard highly enough. They are both so professional, friendly, calm and helpful. Despite the inevitable blips that crop up when going through the selling/buying process, we managed to complete when planned and this is without doubt due to their proactive input. Communication was always great and very prompt. They, and other members of their team, made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Would recommend the team at this branch without any hesitation.

Goadsby Southampton certainly quash any bad traits that people often say about Estate Agents. The entire process was excellent from listing/photos/viewings/feedback etc and then the sale chasing and making things happen with various solicitors and the chain was the difference to us moving to the deadline we needed to. They update you, call you back, give you advice - nothing is too much trouble. All of the team across both Southampton and Chandlers Ford; Georgia, Martin, Ben, Mandy, Josie, Andrew - all excellent and were all 'human' who genuinely cared and understood how tough moving is.
