Initially I was concerned about the property I was after being under probate. James Deaville made it clear to me that the grant of probate could take up to 6 months. However, I was very much taken with the property and the state of it so I decided to press ahead with the purchase. In the end it turned out that it took the buyer of my house longer to get her act together than for the probate to be granted. At every stage of the proceedings I have found Goadsby Ltd. and in particular James Deaville most helpfull and very prompt in keeping me informed for which I am very grateful. For those reasons I shall not hesitate to recommend Goadsby to any person who is thinking of making use of their services.

We recently sold our house with Rob, James and Reece! They were all very good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. It took a while to sell but we felt this was due to the state of the market. So we can’t fault Goadsby in their approach and ability to keep the viewings going.
